Bandung, dkst.itb.ac.id – PRIMESTeP Startup Incubation and Acceleration Program is an initiative designed to support startup teams, especially from the academic community and ITB alumni, in developing technology-based products that are competitive and meet market needs.This program is aimed at innovative solutions with a Technology Readiness Level (TKT) 7–9.
Golden opportunity to develop a startup based ITB innovation. Through this program, selected startups have the opportunity to get:
- Funding
- Access to experienced mentors
- ITB innovation ecosystem network
- Full support for business scale-up
this program especially for ITB Startups via schema Incubation & Acceleration.
Program Incubation Startups
Objective:Forming a market-ready research startup
Output Targets:
- Business model validation
- Initial customer acquisition
- Legality & product permits
- Intensive mentoring
Participant Requirements:
- TKT technology products ≥7
- Startup age 6 months-5 years
- It is preferred that founders come from the ITB community (lecturers/teachers/students/alumni)
- Not currently receiving other funding for the same financing component
Program Acceleration Startups
Objective:Encourage business expansion and sustainability
Output Targets:
1st Cycle:Business validation and production improvement
2nd Cycle: Market strategy and business growth
Requirements for 1st Cycle Participants:
- Maximum startup age is 7 years.
- Already has complete legal entity and legality.
- It is preferred that founders come from the ITB community (lecturers/teachers/students/alumni)
- Already have initial customers with good retention.
- The product already has functional features, preferably certified or with a distribution permit.
- Not currently receiving other funding for the same financing component
Requirements for 2nd Cycle Participants:
- Have consistent or increasing market demand.
- The product selling price is competitive and validated in the market.
- Has decent gross margins.
- Already have a clear and implemented supply chain matrix.
