[Call for Proposals] 2024 Matching Fund Program – Batch III

The Matching Fund Program is a program organized by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemdikbudristek) of the Republic of Indonesia to bridge and encourage optimal synergy between universities and partners (Business and Industrial World (DUDI), Government Agencies, or other Institutions). In 2024, the Matching Fund Program will change its name to the Matching Fund Program (PDP).

The Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology has again opened acceptance of proposals for the 2024 Batch III Matching Fund Program (PDP) from the date February 5, 2024 until March 3, 2024.The program is open for scheme A and scheme B with the following description:

Guidelines and format

Registration Procedures 

1. Mr/Mrs researcher carried out the collection complete proposal that has been signed by the proposer to LPIK in the following way:
   1. Visit lpik.itb.ac.id
   2. Register an account first by selecting the "Inventor" category if you don't have an account yet
   3. Complete the data requested on the registration form
   4. Login with the username you already have if you already have an account
   5. Select the "ITB Innovation" menu
   6. Select “Research Proposal”
   7. Click the “Add” Button
   8. Select the program with the title "2024 Kedaireka Matching Fund Program Batch III"
   9. Complete the data fields
   10. Upload proposals

1. LPIK will check the complete proposal. If the complete proposal is in accordance with the provisions, it will continue with the process of signing the validation sheet and examining the Draft Cost Budget (RAB) by LPIK as the program management unit.
   
   Notes : If the complete proposal does not comply with the provisions, LPIK will return the complete proposal file to the proposer for the proposer to then carry out a revision process. Next, the proposer carries out the proposal submission process again.
   
2. After the complete proposal validation sheet has been signed by all parties, please Mr/Mrs proposer to register independently on the website https://kedaireka.id/
   Sir/Madam can complete the proposal data on the tokoreka website in parallel with the verification process at LPIK.

Innovation Support for the 2024 Batch III Matching Fund Program 

In the Batch III Matching Fund Program, proposers can apply for innovation support to LPIK to provide university contribution funds worth a maximum of IDR 50,000,000 for components that are not funded by tokoreka (for example honorarium and IPR in the A2 scheme).
