Band, dhkt.it.ac.id - Directorate Hilirization and Commercialization Technology Product (DHKT ITB) via Incubate and Activation Business held PRIMESTEP Founder & Investors Readiness 2026 on 24- 25 September 2026 at the GH Universal Hotel Bunik. Raised the theme "From Growth to Investor Readness," it's become an intensive learning space for founders and co- founders start the DHKT ITB built to strengthen business readiness in the face of growth and investment.
For two days, the founders followed a series of activities that combined learning, sharing experiences, discussions, networking, and collective activities. Not only do we talk about how startup can grow, it also invites participants to look back at all the aspects that need to be amplified to build more mature businesses and ready to face investment opportunities.
On the first day, a series of activities began with the direction of Deputy Director of Incubation Field and Business Acceleration, Fathiro Hutama Son, S.T., Ph.D., Ph.D. Participants then follow a series of sessions that talk about startup travel in building growth, starting from understanding customer needs, strengthening products and brands, to developing business models that can continue to grow.
Discretion then progresses at an investment perspective. The participants are invited to see how business growth, governance, evaluations, as well as readiness faces the due diligence process becomes part of the consideration of judging a startup. The practical experiences of business-building are also enriching learning, including talking about challenges like scaling, leadership, building beliefs, facing various business dynamics on business trips.
In addition to learning sessions, the atmosphere retreat also provides room for founders to get to know each other and exchange experiences outside of formal discussion. Gala dinner and networking became an opportunity to build connections, share stories about startup travel, as well as expand intermediaries, sources, and partners.
Entering day two, the series of activities continued with the welcome of DHKT Director ITB, Ir. Hary Devianto, S.T., M.Eng., Ph.D., IPM, ASEAN Eng. The focus of activity then shifts to team reinforcement, shared experience, investor perspective, and interfounder learning.
One part that gives participants a different experience is outbound and team building through Founder & Team Challenge. In a more liquid and interactive atmosphere, the founders follow various activities that encourage cooperation, communication, trust, and compromises between the participants. It's an opportunity to build together and also hone coordination skills and adapt to a common challenge.
After a series of shared activities, participants are re-directed at investment perspective through sessions along the BNI Ventures. Through interactive case talks and studies, the participants get an idea of how a startup can be seen from investor point of view and various considerations that can affect investment decisions.
The study then continued through PRIME SPEP Founder Journey, which became a container of interfounder experience exchange on the journey to build and develop startup. The stories of growth, teams, markets, to the point of return on a business trip open a new perspective for participants at once as a reflection of their own startup conditions.
The activity sequence is closed via Founder Reflection & Comments. People are being asked to look back at things that still need to be amplified in their own startup, and then assign one to three realistic repair priorities to follow up after the retreat. The reflection will also be provided to support mentoring and coaching processes in PRIME SPEP 2026.
Through PRlME SPEP Founder & Investment Readness 2026, DHKT ITB presents a space that brings together learning, experience, connections and reflection in a series of activities. More than just discussing business growth, this retreat is pushing the founders to strengthen the foundation of the startup, build a solid team, understand the perspective of investors, and translate learning into more direct and sustainable development measures.
