PLN ICE 2025 officially opens registration Startup Competition which is aimed at young Indonesian startups in the energy sector. This competition is an opportunity for startups that have innovative products to solve society's problems and are ready to scale-up their business.
Through this program, participants have the opportunity to get various exclusive benefits, such as mentoring and bootcamps with venture capital and startup practitioners, certificates and opportunities matchmaking with national investors, to potential continued funding from PLN and venture partners.
This competition is open to Indonesian citizens with a maximum age of 30 years, provided that one team consists of two people and one of them is the CEO of the startup. Registration is done online via the official PLN ICE website.
Interestingly, this competition is free of charge, aka free. In addition, there are prizes available with a total of Rp. 450,000,000 for the winners.
The series of activities will start with registration from July 21 to August 31 2025, followed by the announcement of the initial selection on September 1, 2025. Selected participants will take part bootcamp and mentoring on September 14 – October 6 2025, Then final project bootcamp on October 7–14 2025. The six finalists will be announced on October 20, 2025 and the highlight of the event Final & Demo Day will be held on November 8–9 2025.
