Bandung, DKST ITB – DKST ITB announced the selection of six startups that will receive support in the form of grant funds through the 2024 Planned Technopreneurship Coaching (PTC) Program. This program aims to help develop technology and innovation-based startups, especially in the prototyping phase. The six startups are Cassava Boom FireKiller, Excess Indonesia, FishCore, Explore Cipta Happy, LightningSoon, And Very proficient.
Through the PTC Program, each selected startup will receive assistance for three months, starting from October to December 2024. The grant funds provided will be focused on supporting startup product or service development, while experienced business mentors will help improve their business strategy and operations. The hope is that this program can help participants strengthen their business foundations, especially in the short term.
Basically, the startup development process is a dynamic journey, so the results of each startup can vary depending on the readiness and execution capabilities of each. It is hoped that the provision of grant funding and guidance will facilitate significant progress, but success will still depend greatly on the efforts made by each team.
This program was built to provide space for startups to hone their skills, especially in facing various industry and market challenges. The applied approach focuses on strengthening core business aspects, thus, the main objective of this program is to provide relevant support at the early stages of development.
DKST ITB continues to be committed to supporting a healthy and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem, with an emphasis on innovation based on market needs and business viability. It is hoped that this PTC program can become one part of DKST or ITB's efforts in general to support the development of Indonesian startups that are able to make a real contribution.
